News Release { April - August 2010 }

 In April of this year, RPC Manufacturing Solutions, LLC and CVAS LLC reached an agreement for the purchased assets and exisiting employees of CVAS to be merged into RPC's facility @ 460 E. 76th Avenue in Denver, Colorado { 76th & Washington } As the resources of the two companies were combined into one facility RPC was able to serve all of the previous customers of CVAS with minimal interruption. Four months later, that transition has been substantially accomplished with balanced production schedules and well stocked shelves. The net result of this transaction is significiant growth in RPC's box build, cable and wire harness business. Additionally, RPC now has added PCB kitting and distribution services to its list of capabilities. RPC invites exisiting and potential customers to visit and tour its more fully utilized facilities with enhanced capabilities.
