Kitting
CVAS LLC is steadily becoming known throughout the electronics industry for its exceptional electronic
component & fastener hardware kitting services. We will take your complete Bill Of Materials { BOM },
and provide you kits in your particular production quantities required. Kits can be shipped weekly, monthly
or quarterly depending on your production demands. All components included in our kits are inspected
three times; 1) during incoming inspection 2) bagging and labeling kitting process 3) at final kit audit
assuring your company is receiving the correct components in your kits. Each component is individually
bagged and labeled with the appropriate information to be readily identified as the kit is processed at
your production line. By allowing CVAS LLC to partner with you we will be able to save your company
money in several fashions: 1) A single PO instead of several to many different vendors 2) one incoming inspection process rather then multiple vendors 3) freed up shelf and storage space from having to stock
