Kitting Services :   CVAS,LLC will take your complete BOM and supply kits based on your production
                             requirements. We individually bag each component and label with all information you
                             need for rapid identification for production. Our QC practice is to verify each
                             component upon receipt of delivery, and then QC a second time as the component
                             gets placed in the appropriate bag and then we perform a third QC step during
                             the final audit phase where we verify each component is correctly included in
                             the kit.


Light Assembly:    CVAS, LLC gets asked many times if we can build small cable assemblies or can add
                             value to various projects such as:  adding appropriate connector to fans, displays
                             or changing out connectors for power supplies. CVAS has many years experience
                             in cable assembly production and can build parts to your specification drawings
                             following the appropriate UL guidelines.
                            


Inventory Management: CVAS, LLC is very capable in handling complex backup stock options for
                                       our customers. While we do not perscribe to the JIC { Just in Case }
                                       model for distribution, we will develope inventory stocking programs
                                       to assist our customers in acheiving Just-In-Time solutions. We strongly
                                       feel it is more important to utilize our resources to stock behind our
                                       customers and deliver 100% on time. CVAS also offers wire & cable
                                       stocking and can respool to the size that best fits our customers needs.


Ship Kits:   CVAS, LLC has found that some of our customers have a need to have us provide
                  ship kits to be able to send parts along with thier product shipments. CVAS will kit
                  the various components such as : Hardware, Electronic Components, Instructions
                  etc, that the end customer will need when using the product and package them as
                  customer demands.


Product Manufacturing: We can also take small enclosures and build the entire product if our
                                      customers need any assembly assistance. Over the years we have built
                                      many various items such as: product display boards, speaker systems, 
                                      monitoring products. Whatever the project may be, if you need some
                                      contracted services to perform added value, WE CAN DO IT!!
